Shipping:
Ida-Joy uses UPS (United Parcel Service) and
US Mail Service.
Deliveries via other carriers or expedited services
will be charged an additional $5.00
Delivery Time:
All shipments are FOB Beachwood, OH
UPS Ground takes approximately 7 to 10 business days,
plus an additional 2 days for AK & HI
Express Delivery: 3 to 5 business days
Back Orders:
Ida-Joy makes every effort to insure any item you order
will be available. From Time to time we may temporarily
diminish our supply. Back-ordered items will not be
charged on your original order. You will be invoiced/charged
separately for any back-ordered item once it is shipped.
Sales Tax:
Ohio Sales Tax will be applied to all orders shipped
to a Ohio location and will be calculated on all items
except Breast prostheses and mastectomy Bras (pocketed).
Returns:
All merchandise may be returned for credit,
refund or exchange. Please all up to four (4) weeks
for your refund or credit.
